We went to Zébu sur le Toit for dinner and the dance party. It's a beautiful rooftop terrace in Ngor where the specialties (at least those we tried) are grilled food and very good quality cocktails. The atmosphere is friendly, but the tables are well spaced, which also guarantees a very pleasant level of privacy. The service is simply perfect. In addition to DJ sets, they regularly organize events, which we will definitely attend!
